The circle will suit women of all ages and stages. As women we share our wisdom and support each other as we move through life.
Circles are confidential and non-judgemental. When we sit in circle we are all equal and valued as our own unique self. Circles include sharing stories (optional), meditation, breathing practices, rituals and various feminine themes.
