Aims of pregnancy yoga:

  • To nurture and attend to our changing bodies;
  • To prepare ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally for birth;
  • To prepare our bodies for after the birth, so that recovery is quicker and we are ready for all the lifting and carrying etc that being a mum involves; and
  • To become part of a community of mums!

Suzanne Ellis is a Prenatal Yoga Specialist. She has taught Prenatal Yoga for 15 years and has a Diploma in Pre and Post Natal Yoga.  She is also a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Yoga Therapist.

Cost

$145 for 6 classes (to be used within 8 weeks).

Casual classes $28.
