If you are new to yoga or returning to your practice after a long break , I’d love to welcome you to four free community classes on Fridays at 9.30am on June 13th, 20th, 27th and July 4 at 9.30am.
Here’s some information about the teacher;
Hi, my name is Michelle Barrett. I’ve been part of Glenbrook Yoga Space community for the past 7 years. Yoga began for me as a way to move my body, a space where I could stretch, breathe, and feel calm. This love of yoga led me to enrol in and complete a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course where I was able to deepen my connection to the practice.
Yoga has empowered me to become more accepting, self-aware, resilient, and aligns with my values. It has taught me to listen deeply, both to myself and others and act from a place of empathy and integrity. I’ve found a beautiful community here at Glenbrook Yoga Space that has supported me every step of the way. I’m excited to give back by sharing yoga through teaching.
