Hatha Yoga Classes are for beginners and more experienced practitioners, and include classical yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. The postures increase strength and flexibility and the breathing and relaxation helps relieve stress and anxiety. The emphasis is on bringing the body back to balance both physically and mentally. We welcome students from midteen onwards to join our Hatha Yoga classes.
- Trauma Informed Hatha Yoga: The following classes are trauma informed: Monday and Wednesday 9.30am and 7.30pm; Thursday 9.30am and Saturday 8am. You can find out more about Trauma Informed Yoga classes here.
- General Hatha Yoga: Wednesday 6pm and Sunday 8am
Fees
- $220 – 10 weeks (1 class per week).
- $385 – 10 weeks (two classes per week).
- $28 casual class
