The Weightloss Yoga program centres around creating heat in the abdominal area to burn off excess body fat, as well as stimulating digestion and metabolism allowing them to function better.
The muscles of the abdominal wall are toned up in a healthy way. Mindfulness and learning to destress are also important aspects of the course.
The course includes,
- 10 x 1 hour group yoga sessions (every weekday 6 to 7 am for 2 weeks)
- A one hour private session with Lisa Vaarwerk Nutritionist
- Support material
- Continued support beyond the two week program.
The program takes commitment, determination and hard work in a supportive environment.
