What is it like when you consciously let go of doing and move into being?  A space opens up..a timeless moment.  Research now shows we need moments of silence  for our health and well-being.  Join IYTA registered yoga teacher Malcolm Barnes for an afternoon of Silence at Glenbrook Yoga Space.  You can meditate, stretch or move, read or journal – all in silence. The session will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra session.
